I had a document created in 2003 that when my client edits in word 2000, is unable to view the graphics. They appear as a box with an x in it. I reinserted the jpgs as pictures and he was able to view them. Then they disappeared. His table of contents also disappeared. I didn't create the document inthe first place, but now I need to fix it for him. Do I need to recreate it in Word 2000 from scratch? Could there be a different reason for his issues?
